A great learner and a technology enthusiast, he is the CEO of REALIZ.io, the French-based fintech start-up, empowering investors to access the world of investment in securities and real estate assets through the latest blockchain technology. In an interview, he speaks on an array of topics. Excerpts:
Conception of REALIZ.io
REALIZ.io was born out of the need to invest savings for good returns while ensuring safety, which was a common problem faced by many. Says Brice, “After realizing the potential of real estate investments, we pooled our resources and expertise to create a company that could help us, and our associates invest more effectively. Using technology, we worked hard to find the best solution to make the investment process seamless and user-friendly.” Eventually, the founders provided a platform that provided transparency and safety for investments and enabled access to previously unavailable opportunities for everyone.

Fintechs- Challenges Galore
Fintechs face a host of challenges amidst industry growth, including cybersecurity and regulatory compliance. “Post-pandemic, changing customer expectations require a focus on personalized offerings and customer service. Transparency and user-centered technology are crucial to building trust and solving problems. This may require a greater focus on customer service and support, as well as more personalized and customized offerings” adds Brice.
The Values
Understanding oneself is crucial for personal growth and effective collaboration in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, notes Brice. “To gain insight into my strengths and weaknesses, I have taken various courses and assessments. As an achiever, I am dedicated to working tirelessly with my team to define and pursue our goals. I am also an activator, driven by a passion for turning ideas into action. However, I recognize that impatience can sometimes be a hindrance.”
As a Judo practitioner, Brice has learnt that failure should not be feared but embraced. Falling is part of the journey and helps us to improve and grow. “Judo has had a positive impact on both my personal and professional lives. It has taught me the importance of preparation, hard work, and trust in others. Judo also emphasizes the values of respect and self-control.”
Forging Ahead
“As we enter the Web3 era, it’s essential that we focus on creating use cases that give ownership to users. However, we must avoid being blinded by our enthusiasm to educate and promote our solutions. While we aim to solve problems, we must also empower individuals to act and be accountable for their actions.”
The company strives to create an environment that encourages users to make informed decisions and take control of their lives. “By doing so, we can truly empower individuals and create a more decentralized and equitable digital landscape” observes this passionate entrepreneur.
The company’s logo of a hummingbird was inspired from a native Indian legend, a huge forest that was being consumed by a fire. “All the animals in the forest come out and they are transfixed as they watch the forest burning and feel very powerless, except this little hummingbird. It says, “I’m going to do something about the fire.”
